Peng Education's story begins with the firm belief of its founder, Johnathan Carter: that education is the most powerful tool to change one's destiny, and that everyone, regardless of their background, deserves the opportunity to master their future through practical skills.
In Kyrgyzstan, he saw many promising young people struggling in the job market due to a lack of skills aligned with market needs. To break down geographical and economic barriers, the dream of Peng Education—a non-profit online platform fully funded by his personal contributions to provide high-quality, accessible vocational training—was born.
This dream officially set sail in 2023. Fully funded by Johnathan Carter, a small team of passionate educators came together. We had no fancy offices, but we shared a common mission. Throughout the year, we worked day and night to develop courses and build our platform, laying the foundation for the dream to become a reality.

Today, Peng College has helped nearly a hundred students like Azamat, Ruslan, and Aiperi embark on new chapters in their lives. None of this would be possible without the selfless dedication of our founder, Johnathan Carter, and the collective efforts of our team.
Looking ahead, we will continue to introduce innovative teaching technologies like AI and VR, expand our course offerings to meet market demands. Our mission is unending: to provide a ladder of opportunity for everyone who dreams of a better future.
